We try to provide a high-standard of customer service that extends to our returns policy.
Right to Change Your Mind The Distance Selling Regulations of the United Kingdom gives
you the right to change your mind within 7 days of delivery. For this to apply the goods must
be returned in a new state with original packaging that is un-opened and not damaged: fit to be sold on to another customers.
If you have changed your mind, please contact us using the
Contact Form. Please state that you have changed your mind,
the goods are in a new condition and un-opened and include your order number.
We will respond within one working day by giving you a returns number and the address details to send the products to.
We cannot accept goods that do not have a returns number.
You will need to return the goods within 10 days of you receiving them.
You will need to pay for your own postage costs and we strongly advise you to use a
recorded delivery service and to keep the receipt as we will not accept losses from
undelivered returned goods. You are advised to package the product adequately as we
cannot accept liability for any damage incurred during delivery back to us.
On receipt, your card account will be credited to the orginal value of the goods
(including VAT). The original delivery will not be included in the credit.
Faulty Goods. Should a product fail or break within one year from the date of
purchase we will provide your with the choice of a replacement or refund.

We will issue with a returns number and instructions for sending the item back to us.
On processing we will either credit your card account with the full price of the item
when purchased or alternatively, send a replacement. The replacement will be the same
item or an equivelent item should the product no longer be available.
We will keep you informed of the replacement process by email.
Items returned without a returns number will not be accepted and returned to sender.
