For UK orders we use Parcel Force and Royal Mail. For orders received before 14:45 for Parcel Force and 15:45 for Royal Mail, we dispatch
the same day subject to stock. Next-business day orders may be sent the following business day after this cut-off time, although we will try to send small orders by Special Delivery if received before 16:00.
The handling and delivery charge is based on the weight of the items. When an item is added to your basket
the delivery price and options are shown. Please note that if an order
is returned through non-delivery (after several attempts) we will refund the order less the cost of the delivery and less the cost
of return to us. If you have selected a next-day delivery we reserve the right to change this
at short notice for reasons of bad weather or something unexpected.
If some items of your order are out of stock, we will normally dispatch the in-stock items seperately, unless we can get the items into stock for next-day dispatch.
In this case your order will be delayed one or two business days.
Some out-of-stock items may take several weeks to a few days to dispatch while we wait for new supplies.
We will keep you informed of when your order is due to be dispatched by weekly email updates. You always
have the right to a refund if you change your mind, up to ten days after delivery according to the
distance selling regulations. However, the goods must be in a resellable condition after they are returned to us.
